Synopsis: Five friends-David (Charlie O'Connell), Samantha (Jennifer Lyons), Joe (Rashaan Nall), Eric (Bryan Kirkwood) and Susan (Ashley Jones)-pile into a car and drive to the country for a wile rave party. A fight breaks out and the kids are kicked out. On the road, they're trying to figure how things got out of control when... SLAM!

They hit a young woman, Fawn (Elena Lyons), crossing the road. Dressed in bloody rags, she screams, "The Shadows! The Shadows!" The kids help Fawn into the car and speed off. Suddenly a van comes up from behind and rams them into a ravine! "The Shadows!" Fawn screams!

The Shadows are Satan worshippers who have targeted Fawn for their upcoming sacrifice. Since the kids are helping Fawn, they're targets too. They free themselves from the wreck and run through the dark woods for a safe haven, a cabin. But the Shadows attack! Susan knocks one out and unmasks it-this is no monster, it's one of the kids from the rave!

They race for their lives until at daybreak, they can safely make it to town, finding Father Seth (Patrick Bergin) and the Sheriff (Tim Thomerson) willing to help them. When the Sheriff investigates the accident scene where it all started, there is no sign of an attack, making David, Susan and Fawn's story unbelievable. Back at the diner, Samantha and Eric try to call home but the phones are out. Samantha is attacked and hauled away by the diner waitress and cook! Eric discovers the whole town is in on it with Father Seth as the leader and Fawn as his mistress!

Having been ambushed on their way back to town, Susan escapes alone and finds a very scared Eric. They're cut off from any help. In a race against time to rescue David and Samantha, Eric and Susan sneak into the Shadows' compound where the evil Father Seth is holding a Black Mass with his worshippers. Can they escape? Or will they be the Devil's Prey?
