Looking for a quiet, romantic weekend getaway, Cliff (Tim Card, Under Seige) and Stacy (Kelly Rowen, Zoey-X, Vodka with a Twist) decide to stay in the sleepy, southern town of Grove Hill. Unfortunately for them, Grove Hill harbors a deadly secret. Deep within its shadows lurks The Keeper of Souls, a demon cast out of New England centuries ago during the height of the Salem Witch Trials.

During their stay at a historic plantation house on the outskirts of town, Stacy begins to experience horrific nightmares. She hears strange sounds in the middle of the night, sees things out of the corners of her eyes, and is haunted by visions of ghostly demons...

The horror escalates as Cliff stumbles upon human remains at a nearby lake. Suspicious of the local authorities who don't seem appropriately concerned, Cliff decides to investigate further on his own.

Meanwhile, Stacy's nightmares and hallucinations continue to worsen, and she's found late one night wandering through the town's cemetary in a trance-like state. Desperate to escape before it's too late, Cliff tries to flee with his wife, but the town's dark secret already has too firm a grasp on them -- and will stop at nothing to feed the evil that resides at its core.

Hunted down like animals, the couple's idyllic weekend getaway soon turns into a journey of pure terror -- a nightmare so real, this time, there is no waking from it.
